Low supply; high demand; bad effects
Harder than physics quantum
"We're all out" ad nauseam
As the 'root cause' they try to dissect

 

Those ships queued up just offshore
Are too numerous now to ignore
 'Just-in-time' lean logistics
Results now in nervous tics
Empty shelves line your favorite stores

 

So Joe tell me if I got this right
All solved if trucks just drive at night
It has nothing to do
With a shortage in lieu 
Of truckers, longshoreman, & might

 

Have to go now I've addled my brain
Too much thinking has caused quite a strain
But at adjacent table
'Big Guy' not quite able
Guess I'll go over; try to explain
