 Outrage and incense rule the day

Leading to umbrage in numerous ways

There’s never a shortage of dogs in the fray

Sensibilities not soon appeased

 

Yes, clickbait headlines that stir people up

Provoking our ire, causing blowups

Much agitation flowing nonstop

A social epidemic disease

 

But what if we took a gentle step back

Chose temperance and tolerance (that most surely lack)

And sought out more sources before we attack

Asking, “more information, please?!”

Allow us to pause and react more wisely

Then from a higher perspective we’ll see
